Southern Sales regularly stocks a wide variety of kitchen and bathroom fixtures, lighting, locksets, and accessories. From builders-grade hardware to the biggest names in high-end fixtures, we have great buys available for all of your project needs.

These materials are sold at fixed prices, on a “first-come, first-served” basis, during the Saturday and Sunday of an auction weekend. To purchase material in this area, buyers wait in line for service, as only a few people are let into the section at a time.

Faucets: These include bathroom (lavatory, bidet, bath, shower, and roman tub) faucets, as well as kitchen, bar, and utility faucets.

Towel Bars and Bathroom Accessories: These items are sold as individual pieces, or in matched sets. They are regularly available in brass and chrome, and occasionally in special finishes such as antiqued brass, and polished or brushed nickel.

Lighting: These items are for sale by the piece. The assortment of indoor lighting ranges from simple closet lights, to ceiling fans, to decorative sconces and extravagant chandeliers. Outdoor lighting is available in post, wall, and ceiling-mount applications.

Locksets: Buyers will regularly find a range of entry, privacy, passage and dummy locksets, from budget-oriented to decorative high-end pieces, in stock at any given time.
