Doors and Windows

Thousands of window and door units of all descriptions and sizes are shipped into the warehouse for sale to the public at auction prices. Door and window units from most major millwork manufacturers are represented at every sale.

You may expect to find:

Pine Interior Doors : Solid six-panel doors, French doors, and louvered doors, ranging from 18” to 72” in width. All doors are pre-hung in standard heights with stain-quality jambs.

Oak Interior Doors : Solid six-panel and French doors. Solid oak interiors range from 24” to 36” in width. French oak interiors range from 24” to 72” in width. All oak interior doors are 80” tall. All are pre-hung with stain-quality jambs.

Masonite Interior Doors : Six-panel and arch-top profiles, ranging from 18” to 72” in width. All masonite interior doors are standard height in paint ready jambs.

Bifold Doors : Pine and masonite bifolds in various profiles, ranging from 24” to 72” in width.

Decorative Interior Doors : Oak, pine and masonite doors with decorative glass inserts, ranging from 24” to 72” in width. Interior decorative doors come standard height, some available pre-hung, and others as slabs only.

Single Exterior Doors : Steel and fiberglass clad exterior doors, ranging from 30” to 36” in width. Both solid six-panel and lighted profiles are available, including full lite, half lite, nine lite, and fifteen lite styles. All are pre-hung in standard builder heights.

Circle Top and Arched Windows : Hundreds of architectural, picture, and large built-up windows units, are offered at every auction. Beautiful transom and arched top window units for the largest residential building projects.

Patio Doors : A nice selection of single and double operating patio door units, vinyl units to high-end clad doors with unfinished wood interiors. Both hinged and sliding doors are available for most applications including many oversized units.

Windows : Thousands of double-hung and casement windows, ranging from simple vinyl units to high-end vinyl and aluminum-clad windows with wood interiors. In addition, a number of bay windows, circle tops, skylights, transoms, and other small architectural windows are available here.

Decorative Entry Doors : Hundreds of decorative entry doors with etched and leaded glass from steel and fiberglass-clad units to solid oak, maple and mahogany entries. Sizes range from 30” to 72” wide - with or without sidelites and transoms.

HINT : Thousands of interior and exterior doors in various profiles and applications are sold in the morning session of every auction. Pallet lots of door slabs can be found here as well as pre-hung doors, ranging from small to uncommonly large. Some of the best bargains at the auction are found here- before the large crowds arrive !!
